Una delle più antiche e prestigiose associazioni di critica cinematografica americana – la National Society of Film Critics – ha reso noti i vincitori dell’edizione 2024 dei suoi premi annuali. Tante le sorprese rispetto ai tanti altri premi di queste settimane. A trionfare è infatti Past Lives, l’opera prima di Celine Song, mentre Jonathan Glazer si aggiudica l’importantissimo premio per la regia grazie a The Zone of Interest. A livello attoriale, vittoria per Andrew Scott (Estranei) e Sandra Hüller (Anatomia di una Caduta), con Foglie al Vento di Aki Kaurismäki che vince come miglior film non in lingua inglese.
